HELLO FRIENDS !!IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN THIS POST!!

• Egg raising game is over, but if your unit would like to have an out-of-time run, then please hit up Youji! LiliS, BAD END=DEAD END, and ☆ZRAEL are slated to have out-of-time runs already, but if any other unit would like to participate, Youji's happy to put up a post for you o/!


• Cobalt, Thorn, and Kira are graduating on September 3rd!


• Activity Check is due next Saturday, 10PM PST!


• Apps open next Sunday! The Test Drive is already up!


• Celi is running a birthday trauma game on September 4th and September 5th! You can sign up now! 💀


• Due to trauma being on the first Sunday, as usual, we'll be moving Fanmail to Tuesday, September 7th! Youji will try to get this up sometime in early afternoon PST, so try to get fanmail in by noon PST day-of o>


• Hunger Games will be running from October 1st thru October 8th! Sign-ups etc will be going up in the next week or so.


• Kira is running Jumanji on October 23-26! It will have potential for injury and death. It's cute! Let Kira know if you have any questions~


• We're gonna have a few things going on next week but they're secret for now so just be aware. Aware of plans. High high hopes for a living.
  
• Until, the biggest announcement is this: with the size of the game, and with some sentiment we've seen, we're going to be changing Activity Check to reflect the smaller, chiller state of the game. Here's what it'll look like:
  
  • 1 game proof
    
  • 1 unitmate proof (different post from game)
    
  • 1 other unitmate proof* (can be same post as first unitmate proof)
    
    If AC is not submitted, or submitted AC does not meet the requirements, then the mods will follow standard procedure of emailing the player to inform them. If no qualifying threads can be found and there are no extenuating circumstances, then based on prior activity history we will allow for non-unit threads to be substituted as proofs, so long as they are threads which interact with the game's premise.
  
  
  • Reduced AC is still the same: 1 game proof, 1 unitmate proof, both can be from the same post (though not the same thread). If your unit has 4 active (non-hiatused, non-graduating, non-dropped) unitmates or fewer, your unit qualifies for reduced AC. We'll usually announce before AC who's got reduced AC, but if you're not sure, you're always free to ask!
    
    Currently, units on reduced AC are LiliS, pep!pep!, and ☆ZRAEL.
  This change will go into effect in September, but if you are currently struggling with AC, shoot us an email and we'll work with you!
  
• On that note, if you are experiencing weather hellscape issues, either let us know through email or just put "WEATHER" on the AC sheet and we'll waive it for you. Please stay safe, our Southeast USA players!


• We're not in any rush to fill any unit to 8 members unless absolutely necessary, as the 8th slot was originally created because of Imeeji's giant size. Units with 8 members now will have the 8th slot grandfathered, and once a member drops, we'll close that slot permanently.
  
  If you were considering apping to a unit that already has 7+ members, please consider units with smaller numbers for your placements. If you absolutely want that unit only, please keep in mind that you may be in the queue for a long period of time.
  
  Should the following app months end up being wild and should our queues end up getting huge, we'll amend this, but for now, we're tentatively capping units out at 7 members. Everyone is BTS now


• Last but not least, we're asking everyone for a slight change in posting: general use posts, such as mingles, memory mingles, and unit posts, should be made with either wotanon or idolpro, whichever is applicable to you. (If you don't have the wotanon account info, it's on Discord!) People won't get in trouble for slipping up, but we would like to encourage this to make more apparent what is being run by a player (a Live, a themed/closed unitpost) and what is open for everyone to mingle in (a general mingle, a memory mingle, an open unitpost). This additionally gives us petty benefits like "nobody will suffer from their inbox getting huge due to forgetting to turn off notifs for a memory post (though this will probably still be a thing in Lives if you forget)". Again, you won't get in trouble for posting with the wrong account, but we do want to strongly encourage this change.


• The Rules and Activity Check spreadsheet have been edited to reflect these changes (AC will reflect on September's sheet).
