the range of effects isn't a list it's me breaking into your house irl to grab you by the face and force you to tell me about your character's feelings and what kind of things you like and then suggesting things for you from there

there are some general guidelines but they're SUPER flexible. we may need to get creative for red eyes for Kano but it's def doable!
