Plot Recap

For those missing out on the plot, we've got a rundown for you! This information is not IC available to characters, but may hopefully clear things up for those who OOC are still confused about stuff.
• Some time ago, Exael's meeting took place. (For reference: Akechi's, Kano's, Ouma's, Bakura's, Kaiba's, Ariel's, Blank's.)
• People found out that Imeeji existed as a battlefield for Heaven and Hell.

• "Graduations" were dropped as a concept: once you "graduate", you can either choose Heaven's option and go home, or you can choose Hell's option and be granted one wish.

• "It's better for you if the system works."

• On Day 60, Mukuro's meeting took place. More information was given on Imeeji:
• A third fate exists for idols beyond Heaven's graduation and Hell's graduation. If you fail to graduate, you can become one of the "damned".
• The "damned" are established to be the audience.

• Imeeji is spearheaded by Asmodeus, the leader of the Vengeful faction, and Pythia, the leader of the Liar faction.

• "Whether it's for the sake of "faith" or "desire" in the end, either way you'll need force of will."

• On Day 64, future is now bought a couch from WILD CITY. This triggered monochromatosis (sofaform disorder): characters who betrayed unit image or were undergoing conflict with their unitmates would lose memories, emotions, and become monochrome.

• On Day 65, Joker contacted Asmodeus. Yona and Atem prayed to God. Jacob and Xia summoned a demon. All were heard.
• The true nature of monochromatosis was revealed: it was not a disease inflicted on by the Producers, but rather the natural result of what happens to a human when they enter Hell. In order to exist in Hell as an individual, a person needs to have power and belief. Without that, a person contracts monochromatosis, or in other words, becomes one of the damned.

• The current system therefore exists in order to generate belief, power given by the Producers. The audience powers the existence of the idols, and without their attention, the existences of the Imeeji idols becomes unstable.

• Units in Imeeji were created in order to further shield the human souls from becoming true denizens of Hell. In lieu of memories, characters forming bonds within their units and presenting a cohesive front would protect them from the damnation process. Color-coding by units would also help audience members recognize individual characters, thus preserving their identity.

• However, the less people cooperated with Imeeji - whether by mixing up clothing choices or by having internal disputes, or by cooperating with other units and muddling the divisions - the less audience members paid attention to characters. Thus, the world started falling apart, unable to be held up by "belief" any longer. The couch purchased by future is now was the straw that broke the camel's back. Without the safety net that was Imeeji's stable existence, even individuals with strong identities could start being affected.

• In order to return Imeeji's world to its original state and get rid of the monochromatosis, BAD END=DEAD END and Heart Soldier Senshi made a pact with Asmodeus and the Messenger. Imbued with their power, the two units held a trial in order to make a showing of unit distinction and image in order to bring the audience's attention back.

• With the end of the trial, the world was returned to normal. Those who lost and were also infected with monochromatosis were cured, but at a price of forgetting something important to their identity. This was a warning from the Producers, a reminder of what could happen if such an event occurred again.

And that's just about what has happened thus far. Let us know if you have any questions, or if something wasn't made clear!
