It's Sunday, so it's time!

• Predictably, the Hospital won the setting addition vote! Characters will find their map application has updated with an area of interest marker indicating the new hospital, two hours walking distance away from Shinjuku Gyoen. The setting page has been updated with this:

The Hospital: Digestive Disease Center, Showa University Koto Toyosu Hospital

A full hospital, large and operational! Too bad about the lack of staff, and the fact this is a digestive disease center. It's built to provide state of the art care for those suffering from digestive diseases, and has all the equipment needed to detect and treat esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, hepatobiliary carcinoma, inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, so on and so forth! In other words, it's totally useless for your needs other than providing a lot of hospital beds and a cool place to film lives, but honestly what else were you expecting? It definitely looks cool tho.

• RESULTS OF AC ARE IN: EVERYONE PASSED, congrats, no one is being idled. Yayyy!!

• Apps are now OPEN!! send us your apps. Apps will be closing on Saturday July 7th, at 6PM PST.

• With Lives/Vids being a new mechanic that we're basically running on a live (get it) crash course here, we're clarifying a few points on these two mechanics:

• Live/Vid participation does not require a specific comment count, but it should either fulfill the conditions of participating in the related live (for example getting your fortune told, signing a contract, breaking a window are all active actions that one can do to participate in the live) or the live/vid thread should be of some substance when being considered for points. (For example in a HSS live, being the helped party, helping HSS help the helped party, or actively rejecting HSS's help by making a show of it only to begrudgingly accept their friendship would all count towards participating in an HSS live.) If you feel uncertain about what a substantial thread is, you can follow the guideline of 10 comments from yourself, although this is once again only a guideline.

• You do not have to show the characteristic of the Live for the whole thread. If you started the Live and showed off the characteristic for a substantial thread (judged the same way as the above) then that is sufficient for a live.

• You can host or participate in your unit's Live once per post. Even if sensitIV has two different breakdowns in the post, if you participate in both Lives as a member of sensitIV, you will only gain 300 points for that post.

• On the subject of your own unit's Lives, you can participate without actually fulfilling the Live objective. Using the sensitIV example again, you do not also have to have a breakdown in order to get the full 300 points for participating, so long as you have a substantial interaction with your unitmate's breakdown.

• If you are not on the same unit, you can gain points from multiple Lives held by the same unit in one post, so long as you actively participate in all of them. So if two sensitIV lives are held in the same post, and you interact with both of them as a member of BAD END=DEAD END, both of them will give you 150 points, for a total of 300.

• Lives cannot be called in a unit's dorm, in the Vid room, or inside the Game Tower. For this reason, Lives and Vids cannot intersect. Any Live started in the Vid room will not start, and you will receive points for only the Vid.

• As a reminder, if you want to see something in the game, we have an events suggestion page! In addition, as noted above we're still working out the kinks for the Live/Vid mechanics, and so we are also taking Live suggestions if you want to give us your thoughts!
