Good morning, Imeeji! (it's morning somewhere!) Here are announcements!
• First off, we want to start with a serious note: it's come to our attention that there's some OOC unrest and unhappiness circulating around plot and the accessibility or lack thereof; we are aware that this is something that can only be improved upon, and as you well know, we are taking steps, such as adding event helpers to the mod team, to make the plot more accessible for players to engage in.And that's it! It's a slow-going process and we ask for your patience, both for ourselves and for your fellow players: please remember that everyone is here to have fun and encourage, not hamper, each other's fun. In addition, we'd like to remind everyone that IC=/=OOC, and ideally Imeeji's environment should be one where negative CR can be enjoyed - after all, like it says in the rules, negative CR is a plus for play, not a minus!
• To encourage more effective plot planning, we've opened up plot discussion and plot links Discord channels! We hope that this will be conducive to making both mod plot and player plot more accessible going forward. As always, if you have any questions or suggestions or concerns, we can be found via the mod email.

The victim does not know which unit is targeting them, and thus will not know who the murderer will be.

I can understand that there are all sorts of good reasons that the precise penalties for losing need to be kept mysterious. I'm afraid, however, the lose condition might mean that I was signing my characters up for something I wouldn't have agreed to if I'd known about it beforehand, or might be okay with in theory but only want to play out with Character A, though Character B's unit is the one being penalized. I don't have many squicks, but I do have some and they have come up in gameplay in the past - and some of the things that happen to the characters in trauma games are things that I'm only okay with having happen because they're temporary, and even for losing units can be relatively easily reversed. Consequently, I'm worried that I'll end up having to play out something I'm uncomfortable with due to factors that are largely out of my control.
This is especially concerning for me as the penalty would appear to apply to the whole unit and not just the characters who played... and this seems like the kind of game that both my units are likely to have a hard time pulling off a win in.

So we will be contacting the losing units to make sure that the punishment is okay and only involving the players that wish to play with it.
But ICly characters will be informed there is a punishment to up the IC pressure.

1) Will units know who played against them ICly after the round is complete? Like, if Taisho plays an itch card on Avante does Avante get to know it was them?
2) Are powers on throughout the game? So if, say, someone is injured or killed during round 1 can they be healed or revived during round 2 when teams are allowed out of their private rooms to mingle? Or are they dead/maimed for the remainder of the game? (And I guess can people also try to use powers to fight between rounds, on the other end of the spectrum)?
3) Does the rule about being physically incapable of discussing plays apply to all play in the game generally, or just plays already made? I.e. would two teams be allowed to discuss striking up an alliance during mingle, and just be barred from talking about whether or not they actually followed through after the fact?
4) What happens if a unit hits 0 points?

2) Powers are on, except during murders where the victim has their powers turned off.
3) It applies to all play in the game generally. You can't ICly game it to all hit each other in a circle, make new alliances for the sake of the game, etc, though you can privately (in your unit's room) discuss your own plays and alliances you've made before forth wall happened.
4. Play can continue even if a unit is in debt, hitting zero does not remove them from the game. They can try to climb up into having points before the game ends

Each round will take 2 ooc days in which units are to submit their unit's turn-ins and deal with punishments from the previous round
2) Yes, that is fine. Characters may be partially amnesiac, having forgotten everything but regained some of their memories before participating in imeeji's fourth wall event.

Will individuals and/or units be allowed to take PVP action against one another when outside of their private rooms, regardless of knowing whether or not a unit played on them?

2) Yes, you can! Of course you still can't talk about the game outside of the unit rooms but you can absolutely go to town PvPing whoever.
