For a while we've been thinking thoughts about freshening things up and making some mechanics easier to work with and more streamlined, and after seeing some discussions on Discord about things people would like to see, we've come up with two (technically three) new changes! This is a survey to check what people think of the ideas we currently have laid out.

First: in order to make Tokyo-F and performing Lives ✨shinier✨ and ✨more dynamic✨, we would like to introduce THEMED MONTHS!. This means that each month will have a general theme (for example, our provisional May theme is WEDDINGS or maybe that'll be June's who knows). Lives that fit the month's theme theme will receive bonus points!

Related to this, if implemented (and probably even if not implemented) we will also be taking submissions for posts people want to see (or even run themselves, if it's something requiring running) that either fit the month's theme or otherwise fit the season. These can be things like festivals, location-related events (GACHA RATE UP), and general environmental things happening, with the stipulation that it must be something avoidable and that status effect posts would not be allowed, in order to avoid infringing on AlcheME!'s copyright. This may change in the future, but we'll have a poll for that if/when that happens. All events done this way will be IC something the Producers are doing even if a player is running it, and therefore can take full advantage of Tokyo-F!

Second: we are also looking to add a points bonus for lives for every three units that participate, including the unit(s) holding the live! To clarify: if there are three people participating in the live and each are from a different unit, you will be eligible for the bonus. You get the bonus twice if there are six people from a different unit each, etc. The bonus applies only to the person running the live - this change is to make the reward for running lives that end up huge equal to the effort that has to be put into running them, and make it more worth it to run lives rather than simply post in one!

Remember, if implemented all of these changes would be optional and do not have to be taken into account or played with if you do not wish to have to do extra points accounting! They will also not be taken into account for community points, and Youji will be providing a spreadsheet to do the math for you if you'd like to use one!
