Prompt 1: Amnesia

[ You woke up, all your memories having vacated you. Well, that sucks. But hey, no time like the present to go out and figure out things. Maybe someone in your smartphone contacts knows you or what's going on. You open up your smartphone's lock screen and-- hey, that looks relevant. Profile pages! It has your unit name, member names, but no pictures. . .

Well, the rest varies. This one says Likes: Industrial Strength cleaning products, Breakbeat hardcore, Volleyball shorts and Dislikes: Roombas, Electro-industrial, Maid Outfits. The next has a thrilling tale that concludes with the idol mud-wrestling God, though it doesn't mention if they won or not. The third says that the member became an idol because they want to use the television and media attention to get the notice of their long lost sister, and reunite their family. The fourth just has someone's three sizes. The fifth has a detailed astrological profile.

Since no one remembers their names and there's no pictures to match it to, this is actually less helpful than you hoped. And furthermore, the doors aren't opening until you and the rest of the amnesiacs on this unit tell it who is who. Looks like you and the rest of these people have to discuss which of you is more likely to have mud-wrestled god, and who joined because they really want to find their long-lost sister. Or you can just use the tape-measure that was left sitting on the main table of the center room, that might be a quick way to settle at least one of these things. ]

Prompt 2: Memory Regain

[ You saved up your points, performing in Games or Lives or Vids, something or other until you had enough points to put the order in.

You didn't really know how to expect a memory to look like, but as it turns out there's just an alert on your app. Once you click it, a playback starts-- on the screen, and in your mind. You remember something now.

However, in buying the cheap version, that just broadcasted to several other people's phones in the area as well as all screens in the area. Cool. That was definitely what you were trying to do. ]

Prompt 3: Game Time

[ Welcome to the Game Tower. Today's game is a sort of mad fake phantom thief free-for-all. You arrived, were given top hats and cloaks, and the inside floor of the tower had been remodeled to resemble an art museum, with a giant roulette wheel right by the elevator you exited. Below that was a little slot, where today's hologram host explained the wheel would spit out a slip with a goal just for you.

So you have a little slip of paper with a goal on it, and no way of knowing what anyone else's goals are, though you did see the big roulette wheel being spun at the beginning letting you know the some of the possibilities:

♚Steal someone's clothes
♚Steal someone's shoes
♚Steal a secret
♚Steal the giant statue from the center of the museum
♚Steal the portrait that depicts your true love

...well, waiting around isn't going to get you any points. Get to it, temporary phantom thief! ]

Prompts 4: Fanmail

[ Today, trying to take the elevators up from the lobby to access the apartments you and the other units live in just isn't working. Upon the doors being pried open, you found out why quickly: the elevator shaft was jammed up with fan mail, so it couldn't properly descend. Letters cascades out from between the open doors: letters from people who watch you play games, do lives, make vids, and probably all sorts of other things on those omnipresent cameras.

Are you really going to read these? Though right at your feet, a few have spilled from their envelopes. Now you can't help but read those. Here's one in purple glitter pen that says, jesus just come into my home and strangle me with your hair and one that is written with newspaper cut out letters (alarmingly reminiscent of a calling card written by a serial killer) that reads incongruently hello my soft best child ur good and valid and I love you forever plz be ok don't listen 2 the haterz u have done nothing wrong. Oh, and here's one asking if you can wear tighter pants for your next live, they want a better shot of your ass for their shrine. This one just says MARRIED?

Well, it's just as well you have no idea who those were for. Most this fanmail isn't for you. Except for the few that you just read, they're all labeled in envelopes for different people from all the units. Time to read other people's fanmail. Or try and find them and deliver the fanmail. Or just start a big fire in the middle of the lobby, you could do that too. ]

[Yasuho unfolds something that looks like it's going to be a large poster, from the size, but it turns out to just be short letter printed in about 100-point font so it's visible across the lobby:

I heard your last boyfriend had four balls. I've got six, so you should come see me sometime.

Also included is a very crude drawing that is probably intended to be a dick with six testicles. Yasuho rips the whole thing in half and then turns around to see if anyone saw that.

5: Corruption

[You are being approached.]

Hey. I need you to come with me to the tattoo parlor.

[Have you even met this girl before??]

1: Amnesia

[She stares at the mysterious slate with the glowing window display; mostly because that’s what everyone else seems to be doing and she really doesn’t feel like sticking out when she has absolutely zero idea what's going on.

And the slates not helping her any. Because a) She has no idea what a phone is. And b) She doesn't know what language this is. But she does know she can't read it.

Eventually grumbles, glances up and around, finds the nearest person (you) and clears her throat. Should you turn your attention: you’ll find a very tall, rather well muscled looking woman with rabbit ears looking at you, sheepishly and holding the slate (phone!) upside down at you.]

“Could you tell me what this says?”

2: Memory Regain

[Having a memory play on a screen and your mind at the same time is a very weird experience, for the record. But Syri gets over it pretty quickly. Because the memory being played on the slate and inside her brain is. Well...

It’s her, but with long hair. Much longer than she has it now. And she’s absolutely laying into someone with her bare hands, and her rabbit feet, together. In unholy tandem. At the back of what looks to be some kind of public eatery.

((We’re not saying it’s the fantasy equivalent of a Denny’s restaurant but. That’s exactly what we’re saying it is.))]

3: Game Time

[Syri’s doing a grand total of none of the goals provided, because she’s trying and failing to get the tophat to sit atop her head. There’s not enough space between her rabbit ears for it to sit comfortably. So she’s resorted to trying to hang it on one of her ears. She seems pretty set on making it work. (Spoiler: It's really not) But she’s determined, like she finds the concept of not being able to wear a hat to be Insulting on some level.

Yeah, if you want to offer a solution or persuade her to focus on the actual tasks at hand feel free… ]

He's a lot to look at though. Wings, horns shaped like a halo, silver snake tail and silver scales on his hands as he takes the phone, puts it upright.]

[ Syri blinks, then she snorts.]

[He offers her her phone back.]

[ She accepts the phone, peering at the screen carefully, then tapping it cautiously with a finger. ]

bnuuy [ The phone chirps. And Syri's lips quirk up in delight.]

I still have no idea what this is [ Said with absolute confidence ] But thankyou-...? [ Her tone lilts at the end, seeking his name with which to apply the thanks to. ]

[He can't help but laugh at the second bnuuy. It sounds very strange in a robot voice.]

It is a phone! [He pulls his out!]

You can use it for lots of stuff. When you get points of your own, you can use them to buy things from the shop with your phone, and you can use the phone to send voice or text messages to other people! You can also use it to look up videos or information, but I think that's a little advanced for now.

[He supposes. He could introduce himself, though...]

[Hades is not about to be helpful in this situation at all. Like he normally wouldn't be but he's gonna extra not be.

He goes from being 100% not in view to landing heavily on his feet. Where did he jump from? No one is sure.]

FOOL!!! The game is afoot!

[He yell, without an ounce of subtlety in his giant body before he lunges to snatch the hat off of Syri's head before taking off running at top speed.]

[ Syri doesn't like that at all. Or the fact he's snatched her hat from her head! So then she's running, straight after this strange giant man that dropped out of the sky, also at top speed.]

He was supposed to steal someone's clothes but a thief he is not, so he was just kinda hoping she wouldn't run after him??? It's hard to lose people as a 6'5" blonde beefcake, but that doesn't mean he won't try, attempting to lose her by grabbing onto and trying to climb from one level of the museum this is set in to the next.]

[ To be fair, Syri also hasn't thought this through. She doesn't actually know what she'll do when she catches him.

But she's going to catch him. This bit isn't a question!

Syri sees him start to climb. So. She jumps, grabbing onto whatever bit of him is closest: Congratulations sir, there's now a whole person hanging off your ankle. ]

[He didn't expect her to get him, and when she does, he yells. Like maybe it'll startle her off of his ankle, but also just because it startled him.]

G-get off! If I fall, I'll fall on you!!!

[ She considers the suggestion. Calculates how well off she'll be if a 6"5 man drops on top of her from a great height. Decides: probably not so good (but maybe manageable) And concludes she should avoid it if possible...

... By scaling up this guys leg. ]

[ The memory plays out a little further, during which the guy manages to land a hit that splits the skin above Syri's eyebrow. Then her long haired self kicks him to the cobblestones and he stays there. At which point the screen blackens. ]

[ Syri rubs the spot in question where an obvious scar remains. Then looks in your (Cheshire's) direction. ]

He, bought crappy food ((read: Fantasy Dennys)) instead of paying my boss back...
