HUNGER GAMES RULES CHANGES & CLARIFICATIONS
* First and foremost: you no longer stay dead for the rest of the game if you die. ( You do stay dead for the rest of THAT round, unless you are a member of HSS and have Heroes Never Die.) Rulings on rejoining a later round after your character has been killed are here.
* You may record your character's stats in a shared spreadsheet along with other players to keep track of rolls. This is recommended, but optional. Stat sheets for each round will be linked in the OOC instructions near the top of the post.
* Members of avante en garde with the Living Forge power and members of Heart Soldier Senshi with the Heart Weapon power may be granted access to a list of bladed weapons available in the game and their roll modifiers upon request. (If your character's weapon of choice is not listed, you may assume it has the same roll modifiers as the next closest thing.) Please PM or ping a mod on discord for the list.
* The roll modifiers for sensitIV's powerset were rebalanced. The powers spreadsheet has been edited to reflect their current mechanics.
* The explanation of Double Take for Taisho Roman Revolution has been edited for clarification. The power itself is mechanically unchanged.
* Lightning flash plunges the entire area into darkness when used. In the context of Hunger Games, all characters within the same arena as the user are blinded, except other members of AZRAEL who also possess Lightning flash, who may choose whether or not they can see based on personal preference.
*Members of HSS with Heroes Never Die take -2 to a stat upon hitting 0 HP, and another -2 for each additional 10 HP lost. If the character is played in subsequent rounds, only the first -2 demerit sticks, and it may be placed on any stat, the same as other characters who are returning from death.

"For HSS specifically: for the remainder of the round after a character's HP hits zero (assuming they have Heroes Never Die and don't just die), the -2 stat loss must be in strength or agility. However, if you want, you may move the -2 to a different stat in later rounds."
Heroes Never Die ability sheet says:
"A character with Heroes Never Die can ignore their HP-- provided their heart is not harmed. That said, for each ten points of damage done over the threshold of death, they gain a negative modifier of -2 to strength or agility."
I've bolded the parts that concern me, does this mean that as soon as I lose all HP I take a -2 modifier, and then when I hit -10 I take another, or does the modifier START at -10HP?

When characters hit 0 HP, they take a -2 demerit for being dead. Past that threshold, every time they hit another -10 HP, it will be -2 again.
